This year, the agency is introducing an enriching new perk it’s calling X-Plor TK. Each staffer who has been with the firm for at least a year will receive $1,500 and two extra vacation days to travel to explore a new country, culture or community anywhere around the globe. The great writer Paulo Coelho once remarked, “If you think adventure is dangerous, try routine; it’s lethal.” X-Plor is our way of encouraging each other to wrestle our wheels away from the ruts and immerse ourselves in a place (physical, mental and emotional) that makes us think and feel differently. The one main requirement is that each person must blog before, during and after the trip. It’s a way that we can articulate what we are experiencing and share that insight with each other.
