PROJECT DESCRIPTION FactorTrust, a trusted and valuable source for data surrounding the underbanked, needed a credible vehicle to tell its story about the 51 million U.S. consumers who fall into this category. To leverage FactorTrust’s wealth of data and expertise, T/K launched a quarterly index titled The FactorTrust Underbanked Index to highlight national data and trends related to underbanked consumers. The Index provides a range of data points on demographic, loan behavior, seasonal effects and others to help shed light on underbanked consumers. T/K has also utilized the data for executives’ speaking platforms, presentations and website copy. The first Index, announced in mid-May, garnered recognition from leading trade and national media outlets including American Banker, Credit Union Times, Green Sheet and The.Street.com. Additionally, FactorTrust received a wealth of positive feedback from customers and partners across the U.S., thanking them for publishing the Index and requesting to be added to the distribution list. Packaged up for media and social content, the Index is supported by a content rich infographic series.
