T/K has secured coverage for The Flying Biscuit Café in Southern Living, Rachael Ray, USA Today and numerous local market publications and broadcast outlets. In addition to ongoing media outreach, T/K supports The Flying Biscuit Café with quarterly marketing campaigns. National Pancake Month is an ongoing campaign for the brand, showcasing the restaurant’s regular pancake offerings, but also highlighting its Red Velvet Pancakes, only available in February, in celebration of National Pancake Month. T/K designed in-store collateral and social media images and supported the campaign with media outreach and a social media campaign. The integrated approach secured local market coverage in all of The Flying Biscuit Café’s markets and increased its social media following by 15 percent.
