The National Foundation for Celiac Awareness (NFCA) embarked on a five-city initiative to educate the restaurant industry on the importance of attentive food handling and preparation in gluten-free dining. The Gluten-Free Chef’s Table Tour partnered with celebrity chef Jehangir Mehta, with visits to Los Angeles, San Francisco, Seattle, Portland and New York City. NFCA, along with Chef Mehta, held media events to educate key influencers in each local market.  Trevelino/Keller was tasked with all support for this initiative including: securing restaurants and chef partners, media attendees and TV and radio interviews in each market, as well as overall logistics such as travel, marketing collateral, social media and press kit support.  During the five-city tour, T/K secured 125 media attendees at various events, as well as several TV and radio segments, resulting in 800 media clips and more than 32 million impressions.
