The Weather Channel As the Agency of Record for the all-weather network’s interactive division, Trevelino/Keller supported the company’s online and mobile initiatives. As one of the most visited destinations on the web, T/K assisted in the launch of an array of features on the site including its vacation planner, wedding planner, ski conditions tracker and more.  As smartphones emerged, T/K announced the rollout of The Weather Channel’s mobile applications across all operating systems. Securing reviews by leading mobile, technology and consumer media, the mobile applications were quick to jump to the top of the download charts. When TWC decided to face the controversial issue of global warming head-on through its Forecast Earth initiative, T/K worked hand-in-hand with the network on all media relations efforts, including organizing an East Coast media tour to travel to target consumer, technology and environmental publications. We also created, implemented and deployed of the first ever Forecast Earth Summit, a three-day event that focused on environmental educational campaigns and engagement with conservation leaders, enthusiasts and scientists. To celebrate the station’s 25th anniversary, T/K also assisted TWC in promoting its “100 Biggest Weather Moments” five-part series, securing a cover story in USA Today as well as a feature on “Entertainment Tonight.”
