FRANCHISING / F&B

Emerging, Re-Emerging and Middle Market Brands

How We Differentiate

The biggest difference between our firm and a franchise agency is that we’re able to cross fertilize our franchise practice experience with health, technology, lifestyle, food and beverage, environment practices, all industries that serve the franchise space.  Not a week goes by where we’re not able to apply expertise outside of franchising to franchising.

Oh, and we’re pretty good at capturing the essence of a franchise brand.

Quotation Marks

“For several years now, Trevelino/Keller has been my ‘go to agency’ to support all of my frandev needs.  They are strategic, creative and outcome-driven.  I also appreciate the franchise range they have beyond food and beverage.  I am comfortable sourcing them regardless of industry.”

Our Franchising/F&B Experience

We differentiate ourselves in franchising because our portfolio is small and diversified.  We help new brands launch and established brands, sometimes re-launch.

Stretch Zone Exercises Its Scalability

Stretch Zone was a pioneer in the emerging practitioner-assisted stretch category with minimal competition.  However, a founder-designed and run brand could not grow in its first 10 years beyond a few locations.

Trevelino/Keller was introduced to the founder and mgmt team, made bold recommendations to rebrand and re-envision the concept on the web and in-store before the market saw new competitors.  T/K would redesign the site, store, positioning and demographics.  While competition came, Stretch Zone would grow to 50+ locations in 18 months.
