Nothing has changed in terms of the value of earned media and its role in reinforcing or establishing a brand’s reputation. If anything, we see a greater reliance on credible media given the “fake news” phenomenon.
WHAT CAN I EXPECT?
Candidly, expectations can be difficult to establish with earned media. Every client believes their story is worthy of ink … cover, front page, national news. Our job is to be optimistic, aggressive, but realistic. More often it’s not if, but when. It’s a little art and science, but with success comes momentum and with momentum, leadership.
